It’s interesting how Stoicism can be used to regain your power against what seems like impossible to cope with emotions, like anxiety, fear, or anger.
I think it’s fair to add that although it is possible to control emotions through practice, it’s not going to be a quick process. For example with anxiety.
Anxiety lures in the back of the mind like the ventilator of your laptop, you can live a normal life, but it’s always there, and maybe affecting you without you even noticing it.
Once you become aware of it (of the impression) you can decide what you're going to do about it and why is it there in the first place. It’s a long process no doubt, but with time and with reason, it will subdue.
