I believe sometimes it is awesome to have a therapist guiding you through the process of asking yourself the right questions.

One thing that happens a lot is that you think as your environment tells you. A friend of mine, who just moved to a really nice neighborhood was telling me that just being around rich people, made him think differently.

And that's the thing. We have so many answers in our brain, but they are limited. I guess a great practice would be first visualizing yourself as the person that has already achieved something, to put you in the right context, and then imagine the ways you could solve a problem.
